It depends, there is no one answer as everyone’s health challenges and current health status is different. Results are also reliant on what action you are willing to take and how fast or slow you want to implement our recommendations.

When you book, you will be asked to complete a health questionnaire before the consultation. Questionnaires provide insight into your health so we can be more specific during your consultation. During the consult, we delve deeper into your symptoms and factors affecting your health. We also complete basic physical exams as required. All the information provided, helps us to create a personalized health plan that we discuss with you typically a week later.

It depends and this is because health is individual and we do not use a cookie-cutter approach. We want to help you reach your health goals in a way that is sustainable. If you are coming for a general check then it may only be 1-2 appointments. For chronic health conditions, it will take longer depending on the state of your underlying health and how quickly your body responds.

Blood Serum Test - $400 - $800 depending on your needs. There are a variety of functional food allergy tests we have access to. From IGG, IGA and IGE tests. You may react to food but can’t pinpoint what it is, or you may have skin issues, asthma, and digestive issues that become worse after meals, we can assess your needs to determine the right food allergy test for you.

Stool sample test - $660 The Complete Microbiome Mapping Test assesses your microbiome, with particular attention to microbes that cause disease or that disrupt normal microbial balance and contribute to perturbations in the GI flora and contribute to illness.
