Originally from Lithuania, Dalia is a degree-qualified Naturopath and Medical herbalist. She also completed advanced training in post-graduate education at The Kharrazian Institute of Functional Medicine.

 

As natural interventions have enabled Dalia to overcome her autoimmune health challenges, she is passionate about teaching her patients how to implement them and live well and thrive in the midst of complex and chronic illnesses. Her desire is to use all the resources available to help identify and support the root causes of her clients’ ailments and guide them to optimal health. 

 

She uses evidence-based nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle approaches to address chronic health conditions. Her goal is also to educate, inspire and help her clients to take charge of their health and well-being.​While she works with a wide range of medical conditions, she is particularly drawn to support complex chronic conditions, autoimmune diseases, gut, women’s health and hormonal disorders.
