
Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand sometimes life gets hectic and things come up where you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
To support our clinic we do require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in a charge of $50 to cover clinic charges.

For unforeseen circumstances, where our practitioners cannot attend the appointment, a full refund or rescheduling will be provided.

If you are a “No Show”, then we may charge 50% of the value of your appointment. However, if you can’t make it to your appointment due to an emergency the charges maybe waived at our discretion.
