Cary is based on the NorthShore in Auckland and can see people in person in either Albany, Rothesay Bay or Birkdale on online via Telehealth.

Cary, is a registered Naturopath and Medical herbalist, she is driven by her passion to help you overcome your health challenges by uncovering underlying causes. She employs evidence-based nutritional, dietary, and lifestyle approaches to address chronic health conditions. Cary's goal is to educate and inspire you to understand your health challenges, enabling you to take control of your health and well-being.


While Cary works with a diverse range of health conditions, she has a particular interest in treating complex chronic conditions, Autoimmunity, Digestive Disorders, Cardiovascular Issues and Hormonal Imbalances.

Cary supports individuals to understand their health conditions and help them learn how dietary and lifestyle adjustments can bring about a significant improvement in health.

Understanding the complexity of living with chronic conditions herself being diagnosed with Coeliac Disease and Endometriosis has deepened Cary’s insight into the effectiveness of gradual, daily life changes to support optimal health.

It is this profound understanding that ignites Cary’s commitment to working alongside you, providing education and support for lasting positive transformation.


Graduated with a Bachelor’s in Natural Medicine from South Pacific College of Natural Medicine, Auckland, New Zealand.
